Miley Cyrus has fallen sick but it is being reported that her boyfriend Liam Hemsworth has been helping her along to treat her ailments. According to reports, Liam has been caring for Miley and has also been giving her much needed attention. Miley also has other remedies to help with the cold, she took to her Twitter to say that she was playing by the fire with her puppies while drinking hot tea and enjoying the music of Coldplay on repeat.
