10-year-old Noah Cyrus and her friend Emily Grace Reaves, who star in The Noie & Emz Show – are the main extremely young faces of a new clothing line, which deals exclusively in children’s lingerie.

The Noah Cyrus Clothing Line is called ‘Ooh! La, La Couture‘ and is pretty much a collection of French Maid outfits.

Yesterday, Miley Cyrus held onto little sister Noah Cyrus‘ hand as they arrived at Heathrow Airport in London. She wasnt her normal cheery self as she failed to smile for her waiting fans and paparazzi. The young star and her sister will be hitting up the O2 Arena on Friday, the first of 10 gigs in the United Kingdom. The tour will then travel to Dublin, Birmingham and Manchester.

As for the Wonder World Tour in America, Miley’s older brother Trace Cyrus and his band Metro Station will be the support act for her tour in the UK.

The two youngsters, who together have ‘The Noie & Ems Show‘, were wearing scary vampire costumes, with Noah Cyrus sporting knee-high black boots (with 4″ heels), red lip-gloss, and a short black mini-dress with a drop-back tail featuring spider webs etc.

Emily Grace Reaves looked very cute with blonde curled hair, a black and white dress, black tights, black lip-gloss and black & white converse shoes.

Other celebrities at the event include Jamie Lee Curtis, Bailee Madison, Dylan and Cole Sprouse and Daryl Hannah. Proceeds from the charitable party were donated to the Children Affected by Aids Foundation.
