Miley Cyrus, Justin Gaston and her best friend Mandy we’re out and about between Miley’s time in the recording studio today. First they stopped at her favourite restaurant, City Wok in Los Angeles for a bit of lunch, then hit the shops for a spot of shopping.
Out shopping? That’s normal for teenage girls these days, but unfortunately for Miley Cyrus, she accidentally exposed a little too much skin.
