Fly on the Wall is a pop single from American superstar Miley Cyrus, and is the second song on her solo studio album Breakout. The song debuted on Radio Disney in August of 2008, and was later aired on the Disney Channel during commercial breaks to start promoting the single.

Miley Cyrus has been noted as saying “It’s about how they (the press) think they know everything about me, when they don’t. They want to be a fly on my wall and watch me 24/7,” Cyrus’ said concerning the theme behind the song. Miley Cyrus first performed this song live at the Disney Channel Games closing ceremonies in 2008 which was at the Zootopia concert.
