Miley Cyrus made a young fans dream come true backstage at her latest Miley Cyrus Concert in San Antonio, where she signed some merchandise for the girl, who was in a wheelchair, and clearly starstruck by Miley.

Miley was happy to pose for pictures with the young fan, give some autographs, the accept a gift from the youngster, which was a painting she made herself. She also cheekily asked Miley for something to remember her by. A very generous Miley Cyrus gave the young cutie one of her bracelets, before answering some questions the fan had for her.
