Miley Cyrus Sporting A Presidential Quote Tattoo

Miley Cyrus got a new.  The former Disney singer/actress was seen in West Hollywood with a tattoo in her left arm which is actually a quote by former late President Theodore Roosevelt’s speech in 1910. According to reports, it reads, “So that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who knew neither victory nor defeat.”

Why did Miley get a Roosevelt’s quote tattoo? Is she trying to start a new tattoo trend?

Miley 19, who got engaged to The Hunger Games star Liam Hemsworth in May said that she will not have a new tattoo unless it has some meaningful purpose.
If a tattoo is meaningful and doing something important and significant in your life then the tattoo take away some of the pain, she said to Harper’s Bazaar magazine way back in 2010.

Besides this new one Miley has 14 more tattoos inked all over her body including in her ribcage, inner ear, a heart tattoo on her right hand and wedding finger.
