Miley Cyrus to Star in New Film: ‘LOL: Laughing Out Loud’

Disney Princess Miley Cyrus has her next movie role all lined up, as she’s set to star in the remake of French film ‘LOL: Laughing Out Loud‘.

The 17-year-old actress has been cast in the movie and will appear alongside Demi Moore. The original film tells the story of a mother and daughter who are struggling to maintain their relationship following a marriage breakdown.

It’s the latest in a long-string of high-profile movies Miley Cyrus has landed which will help her move into mainstream media following her success as star in the Hannah Montana franchise, which is due to be cancelled later this year.

Miley Cyrus’ last feature film ‘The Last Song‘ was finished filming last year, and is due to hit cinemas in April. Miley also made a cameo appearance in Sex & The City 2, which she filmed alongside Kim Cattrall last year.
