Miley Cyrus’s home intruder gets 18 months jail term

Jason Luis Rivera, 40, the scissor wielding man, who trespassed into Miley Cyrus’s property last month has been convicted for trespassing and for resisting arrest and handed down an 18 months jail sentence.

The incident happened on September 8, when Rivera got arrested at Cyrus’s house after heading into her property while claiming that he is her husband.

Fortunately, the 19-year-old, “Can’t Be Tamed” hit maker wasn’t present at her home at that time, though there was someone at her house who eventually called the police.

Currently, Rivera is in custody and will begin his jail sentencing shortly.
